Non-Litigation Practice

Labour Law Compliance

Within our non-litigation practice, we meticulously handle Labour Law Compliance. This involves regular processing of compliances under various labour statutes. The scope of these compliances includes registration plus compliance under statutes such as the Factories Act, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, EPF Act, ESI Act, Shops & Commercial Establishments Act, the Payment of Bonus Act, the Payment of Gratuity Act etc. We also oversee obtaining codes under the EPF Act & ESI Act, maintenance of registers and records, display of notices and extracts of Acts, and the preparation and submission of Annual Returns. Additionally, we manage monthly remittances and liaise with various labour authorities.

Drafting

In the realm of drafting, we specialize in creating a range of essential documents. This includes contracts, agreements, Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs), standing orders, appointment letters, employment contracts etc. Our expertise lies in providing meticulous and legally sound drafting services tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
